Orders will be processed by DPD Local delivery, so the customer will benefit from:
- A choice of delivery window service. You will be provided with a one hour delivery window so there is no waiting around for your order
- The ‘Follow My Parcel’ service. This enables you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time, straight up to the final 15 minute time slot
- In order to take advantage of these services that DPD supply, please ensure to provide your mobile number and email address
- You will then receive notifications to give you maximum information and choice
Any deliveries to the Channel Islands, Shetland Islands, Hebrides, Northern Ireland etc. will incur extra charges.

If any item arrives faulty or incorrect, get in touch immediately and the team will be able to arrange a replacement item for you. If you are unhappy with the order, or there are items missing, please make sure to contact our customer services team as soon as possible. They can then rectify the situation with a refund, credit or replacement item dependant on the situation. All returns need to be processed within 7 days of receipt.
In regards to exchanging or returning products, any cost incurred on returning the product must be paid by the customer. If you do not take reasonable care with the goods when returning. KO Tape reserve the right to accept your product and no refund will be processed. Please make sure you pack these well as they are your responsibility until they arrive back to us. Make sure to keep all your proof of despatch and postage. As if damage is caused by the postal service, you can then claim for the loss.
